Our Mission and Objectives:

The objective of the NOYFL is to instill in the youth of the community ideals of teamwork, good sportsmanship, honesty, character and commitment in order to promote the development of citizenship, dedication, and a healthy lifestyle by poviding supervised and organized athletic events. The organization believes that promoting exceptional individual athletic skill and winning events is secondary to developing good character among our youth and reinforce the primary importance of schoolwork. This program is designed to benefit the youth in the community and to help educate players, parents, coaches and the community about the game of tackle youth football and the importance of teamwork good sportsmanship. Much of the benefit derived from this program stems from positive examples set by the adult leaders, coaches, and parents.
